These terms and conditions govern your use of vaultcore.ca and your purchase of products from VaultCore. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

The Company
VaultCore is a Canadian Commander culture brand operating at vaultcore.ca. References to we, us, or our refer to VaultCore.
Products

All products sold through vaultcore.ca are precision-printed in Canada. Product colours may vary slightly from images shown on the site due to monitor settings and the nature of the manufacturing process. Product dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order are the prices that apply to your purchase.
Orders
By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you have submitted is accurate. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any order at our  discretion including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.
 


In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed we will contact you
with options including a full refund.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through third party payment providers. VaultCore does not store payment card information. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. VaultCore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is outlined in full on our Shipping & Returns page. By placing an order you agree to the terms of that policy.
The VaultCore Guarantee
Our guarantee is outlined in full on our FAQ page and applies in addition to your statutory
rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian law.
Intellectual Property
All content on vaultcore.ca including text, images, logos, and product designs is the property of VaultCore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law VaultCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Product Use

VaultCore products are designed for indoor use and regular game night transport. We recommend keeping your VaultCore away from prolonged exposure to direct heat including closed vehicles in warm weather. Damage caused by misuse or exposure to conditions outside intended use is not covered under our guarantee.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after  hanges constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
