How does the slide-lock work ?
The deck boxes use a precision slide-lock mechanism. No magnets. No screws. No glue. Slide the tab back and the lid opens. Slide it forwards and the lid locks. It cannot open unless you mean it to.
Does the deck caddy work with double sleeved Commander decks ?
Yes. The deck caddy is designed for Commander decks. It holds 100 double sleeved or 120 single sleeved standard MTG cards.
What does the dice tray hold ?
The dice tray is designed for standard six and twenty sided dice. It can hold smaller accessories such as dial life counters.
How do I remove my deck from the deck box ?
A dedicated port in the base lets you press the inner components up and out with a single finger. No flipping. No digging.
Can I leave my VaultCore in my car ?
We recommend keeping your VaultCore out of prolonged direct heat such as a closed car in summer. Treat it like you would treat your cards.

The commander display slot is designed for standard TCG cards, 35PT toploaders, and 55PT toploaders. Your commander is always visible and ready before the first dice roll.

Can I mix and match colors ?
Yes. When the full collection launches you will be able to choose your shell, deck caddy, and dice tray in any color combination. The Dusk launches as a complete all-black box. Mix and match becomes available when all five colors are live.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email] with clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement cannot be provided a full refund will be issued.
What does the VaultCore Guarantee cover ?
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and performance issues — a lock that does not engage correctly, a component that does not fit as it should, anything that falls short of the standard we build to. Return shipping for guarantee claims is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item we will make it right.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, modification, or damage caused by excessive heat or improper storage.
Can I return my VaultCore ?
Every VaultCore is built with care and inspected before it ships. We are unable to accept returns outside of damage or manufacturing defects. If something is not right with your order reach out and we will take care of it.
